I have a 2021 Reverb C1 with the vent valve. Recently developed the reverb squish or sag. Did the vent valve procedure and it seemed to fix it. Couple rides later and it’s back. Is it time for a full service or keep trying the vent valve trick?

If it were me, I would just replace it. By the time you pay the service cost, it isn’t much more for something like a PNW, which is far more reliable, not to mention easier and cheaper to maintain.

sounds like oil is bypassing the check valve so that means a rebuild. If return speed is still normal then the air spring is still functionning.
When you purge it via the purge valve are you repeating the process and applying as much pressure to it as possible?

It only takes one time with the vent valve to get rid of the squish for me. And ya I think I’m putting as much pressure as possible…
