After sitting unused for about 3 years Revelation Dual Air U-Turn is making a pretty loud top out noise:

Any idea? fork never leaked any fluid but I was wondering if low oil level might cause this.

I have similar problem but in my case is when i have the compression setup more then 3 clicks. Well my solution noise didn't disappear completely but it got back to normal.
What i did i increase a bit the rebound setting to about 4 clicks i have Revelation RL and also i decompressed the for fully in stages of 5 bar each side. Then i pumped up the shock again in stages first 5 bar each side then up to my setting 120 psi positive and 130 psi negative. With dual air you can play up to 15 psi difference according to the manufacture. Now the noise is back to what it was as brand new . What i suspect happen is there was some small air leak from the air filling valve . While i was unscrewing it some air came out from the air cap. Try this and let see.
All the best Alex.
