 I just realize that I had no air in the fork (the boot was all scrunshed up).. so I extended the fork and locked it to save any damages till I got home. When I went to add air though.. maybe I added too much?? cause when I unlocked the suspension it was still Rigid... so I thought there was too much air and I let out a tiny bit thinking it needed some room to move and compress etc. But now the whole shock is limp again. what gives?... Is there a trick to adding air .. for now i have a rigid bike. Any help greatly appreciated :(

Tim Corbett at Cdale, [email protected] is The Man to talk to. Boy knows everything. Owning 1 for 7 years, I'd say that you blew out the seal when it was all "scrunched up." Never had the problem on mine, because I'm absolutely anal about checking the pressure once a month. You filled it up with a hand pump, didn't you? Pressure from the gas station would blow it out in a heartbeat, albeit a FAST one...
