replacement crossmax sx rim

hey guys, i recently cracked my rear mavic crossmax rim, and was wondering if anyone knew if mavic makes replacement rim? i cant find any contact info on their site. so im wondering if im just out of luck and need to buy a new wheel . any info is helpful. thanks

You need to visit your LBS...with Mavic it generally involves sending in the wheel and they will rebuild it with new spokes, rim, and overhaul your hub (basically a new wheel).

thats what i figured. just wondering if its going to cost just as much to send it in as it would be to buy a new wheel.
