Is there any sort of aftermarket cable stop? Perhaps one that mounts to the cage mounting holes? I want to run full housing on my front derailleur and the only cable stop is up by the head tube.

With full length housing you want guides, not stops.

Go the the electrical section of the hardware store and buy a pack of "P" clip (my term) wiring guides (1/4"). I use them as guides on custom frames bolted to bottle bosses.

Love zip ties but am looking for an actual stop like what's welded to the frame that can be attached to the frame so I have a stop at the end of the housing.
Thanks Shiggy. I tried something similar but when I shifted it pulled the housing along with the cable. I think there needs to be an actual stop at the derailleur end?

If you use have a bottom pull front derailleur and the existing fulcrum (cable stop) is on the downtube, lead the handlebar loop to it as usual and then continue with full housing starting at the otherside of the stop, looping under the BB and cut it 1' short of the swing arm.

If you have a top pull derailleur, there has to be a stop or pulley above it. Try something similar using whatever's there to keep the housing from creeping
