got the gx drivetrain off flea bay used but in otherwise good condition. replacing my shimano 1x10 drivetrain. All in all not overly difficult but the old shimano 10 speed rd was mounted on a b-link. Didn't realize it and mounted the GX rd to b-link and obviously things were not working correctly. Took me a while to realize my mistake. Removed b-link, installed gx rd directly to hanger and viola! First ride tonight with the new gears. pretty stoked
