I did an oil change back in the summer on my '04 Talas. In a few weeks I'm going to have the Talas side serviced by my local shop, and I figure another oil change while they're at it. (Its been about 18 monthes since the last time.) Should I replace the seals (dust wipers), or are they still new enough?

It's cheap money to have them replaced that way it's taken care of. Essently, a complete rebuild. At minimum replace the foam rings. I'm facing the same type of situation except I'm doing the work myself......it's boils down to time and money.
