replace Princeton Tec 2 light with better LED emitter?

Has anyone replace the stock LED on Princeton Tec 2 light with better emitter?
The stock LED isn't bright enough. I want to replace it with Q5 or R2 emitter. I hope it will be much brighter than stock emitter.

Is it feasible to replace the stock emitter at all ?
