this is probably going to be a big fat NO! lol..

but! is it possible to get a bike re-painted and Renew the Decals, to make it look nice again.. as after all, mountain bikes get scratched up and what not, but im about to buy a used and i would love to get it looking like new..

its a Gary fisher Roscoe II, my favorite looking bike ever is the 09 Roscoe 1, if i could get it looking like that, i would be STOKED!

thanks in advance!.

It is possible to get your frame painted a custom color, in fact there are people who specialize in this.

Just Google "Bicycle Painting"

ye, i been looking... just cant really find much.

i think the biggest thing would be to get the Gold Roscoe Decal's..

i know the black paint with gold decals is the roscoe I and i am getting the Roscoe II, but i just love the Roscoe I look lol.
i wouldn't put any decals. i'm repainting a bike and leaving it blank.

not bland. all you're doing with a decal is advertising and saying, my brand is better than yours, or you're worried more about people seeing the name on the bike while on the trail instead of thinking about the next turn.:p

Not at all, if that was the case... I would want to make sure I got Roscoe II stickers instead of Roscoe I...
VeloCals can get you decals. They mainly deal in road bikes, but I've heard they can do any special orders.

That is indeed a sweet looking bike.

Personally I'm repainting my early 00s S-Works Stumpjumper from a fairly scratched up yellow to powdercoated black. I'm also working with a local printing company to print out some custom decals based on the later model Stumpjumper S-Works bikes. Check out the shops that around you locally; they guys I talked to said they had done the same thing for a few other guys so it must not be that uncommon.
Well I'm pretty sure that the graphics that are on your bike are the water film type that are applied under the clear. Trek(gary fisher) does not replace the graphics. But you can make friends with your local graphics company in your town and they would be happy to design a decal for you. Before anyone gets uptight about copyrights, I'm pretty sure it's legit to do it as a personal use item. As long as you are not mass producing them for a profit. I did that for my Stan's wheels. I wanted the colors to match my bike. In that case, I contacted Stans and they even sent me the vector graphic for my printer to use. He just had to change the colors. Check out the thread http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=677692
I just brought my frame in to get powder coated yesterday. I google searched Baton Rouge (my city) powder coating. Saw they had a place not to far called, poignantly, Baton Rouge Powder Coating. Talked to the guy at my LBS and he had actually had a bike done there for $90. I brought the frame in (stripped of all compenents/hardware). He's sand blasting it and having it powder coated for ~$100. I ordered some decals off of ebay. I may be getting some custom ones too. FYI: If you get custom decals with a clear background, instead of stencils, they are much cheaper. I may throw a clear coat on over the decals.
As of last time I checked Trek does repaints. It's pricey, but if you want it authentic...
you should just break it. Trek has a pretty good warranty policy
