I'm travelling to Orem and want to rent a decent XC bike while in town. Any recommendations on rental shops? Also, any recommendations on good trails in the area?

Probobly Mad Dawg Cycles there on Center in Orem. Heard its a good place, never actually been there. Go up Provo Canyon. Good trails up there.
