I have finally ruined the drivetrain on my bike and moved to upgrade from the fantastic(sarcasm) CODA products. I have never completely removed my crank/BB before and so any advice you have would be stellar. I believe my EX3 crankset is self extracting, at least the non-drive-side crank arm came off once I unscrewed the bolt in the arm. The drive-side isn't so easy and I do not know why. I actually have a crank extractor, but I don't know if I need it, or how I would properly use it (Park Tool CWP-6). This doesnt seem as if it would do anything but screw into the crank arm then to the bottom bracket, not pushing against anything. How should it work... how do I know if I need it.

Anyways, I can't seem to remove the drive side crank arm. Any directions or links would be greatly appreciated as the Cannondale manual for the EX3 isn't clear enough for me.
