If they have rubber seals (eg RS series)
Carefully ply the rubber seals off, clean bearing with solvent. While you are at it checks for wear and roughness. For slow speed application (read bicycle, hub, suspension pivots, etc) pack bearing with thin grease ( I have used Slick honey, Shimano Dura Ace grease or Finish line grease with good result). It maybe easier if you get a small syringe (without needle) pack it with grease then injects the grease into the bearing. Do one side put the seal back in then do the other side and put the last seal back in.
