What up. Looking at poss moving out to San Diego area. Have some friends that live in Newport Beach area, bad ass place, expensive as hell. The only place i have rode is laguna hills area, kick ass! Friends say San Clemente would be a good place. Cheaper, close to everything still. Looking at poss buying a condo or townhome 300k, no more. What you think? Lot's of places to ride, sweet fast tech singletrack?
