hi all, got my new reign 1 and noticed when rear wheel is off, the mech hanger appeared to be loose, it was! i tightened the hanger bolt but the hanger still has play in it against the frame. bolt is as tight as i dare but i cant stop the hanger from moving!

im also getting random gear jumping which i would attribute to the hanger moving about.

obviously it's going to go back to the shop as i think the hanger is malformed, anyone else had this?

(bike custom built on a new reign 1 frame all new parts)

Same deal with my Trance, don't think it tightens right down unless you have the rear wheel in and the skewer tightened. I've never had any troubles with shifting because of it though.
