What is exactly happening with all those man made stunts? Could someone explain please? The only thing I know is that people build them without permission and they abviously get torn down. So is it time to try making all that stuff legal? Reservation area: ok, it's a reservation, but what about that area to the right from the power lines? Isn't it Lynnfield area? I think there is something that could be done about it so all of us would benefit...

My understanding of the situation is that the entire area is so close to getting shut down to mountainbikers that we are in no position to make requests.

First let me state that I am no way against stunt riding and even building. I think what you guys can do on big drops and stunts is unreal. I however don't ride that stuff, long cross-country is my thing. Have been riding in Lynn Woods forever. Seen the best trails in that reservation lost to development, and that was bad enough. It would really suck if the whole park was closed. That is where we are headed.
I can totally understand the need or want to ride man made stunts, but you have to look at the bigger picture. It is never going to be "legal" to build stunts in the Lynn Woods or surrounding areas. The land trustees have made that clear. The liability is far to great for them to take that chance. It is a fact.. It may not be cool but that is the way it is going to be.

The attitudes of so many out there in the woods is horrible. I am not saying you are one of the bad one's, I don't know you. But think about what happened out at Bruce and Tom's. Here you had a couple of dudes who made sick trails on their own property. and they had to close the doors. Due to the total disrespect that they and their neighbors incurred.
