I exchanged some emails with the fellas over at REEB....everything detailed above is 100% correct for a total frame weight saving of ~0.75lb... geo remains unchanged, therefore they feel it pedals and performs the same as a V3. I have a V3 and love it, so I'll likely stay put for now and wait for a V5

Happy to report that this bike is currently out. Im happy to share details on mine as I have been riding it since october, have several hundred miles on it so far. There are several differences between this version and the #3 version, I believe a previous poster has already listed them.

This is my first soft tail in several years and one of the best bikes I have ever ridden. I have ridden several other bikes in the few years since I stopped owning a soft tail and this bike stacks up very well against builds from larger manufacturers. The purchase process was very smooth, the wait time was long although that isnt something that is Reeb's fault in any way shape or form. They have been great with support in getting me the correct parts (It shipped with a dropper that was just a bit too tall) and they got one sent out asap that is perfect at this point. Ill post pics in a bit as im taking care of some other stuff, just noticed this post today.
