How do I reduce weight on my stumper 2003 ? This model was in existence before the fancy new stumper design released by specialized. I change alot of components on bike
My bike setup as follows:

frame : M4 frame with fox Talas RLC fork
front fork: : fox TALAS RLC first model
Rear shock: Fox RL
seatpost: : Raceface XY
saddle : Specialized Telluride
Wheels : Shimano 765 tubeless
tires : Panaracer tubeless trailblaster 1.95
stem: : 70mm thompson
handlebar: Raceface carbon riser bar
Crankset : Raceface Duex with 3chainrings.
Disc Brakes: shimano Deore brakes with brake levers
stempad : Roach stem cushion pad very light
Rear derailler: XT
chain : new XT chain light weight. (I think)

frame : M4 frame with fox Talas RLC fork
front fork: : fox TALAS RLC first model
Rear shock: Fox RL - get it Push'd a sweet for performance upgrade
seatpost: : Raceface XY - change to a light weight carbon or Ti seatpost
saddle : Specialized Telluride - Something like an SLR will save well over 200g
Wheels : Shimano 765 tubeless
tires : Panaracer tubeless trailblaster 1.95 - standard tyre and tube or stan's setup - this will save you hundreds of grams
stem: : 70mm thompson - alot of lighter weight stems out there. save up to 100g
handlebar: Raceface carbon riser bar
Crankset : Raceface Duex with 3chainrings.
Disc Brakes: shimano Deore brakes with brake levers - are these disc ?
stempad : Roach stem cushion pad very light - why a stem pad ?
Rear derailler: XT
chain : new XT chain light weight. (I think) - sram pc89 hollow pin

I think that I will get SLR saddle. The trailblaster tubeless is already light compare to tube version. I check the weights of both version. As for thompson stem, I don'tknow if there is any other reliable brand name that is as good as thompson for 70mm length. I don't know what brand to replace the rearshock. Deore disc brakes are good. I have to hold off on brake replacement due budget constraints.
