I was just wondering how long does it take most people to recover from a long endurance race/ride. I have done a dual 24hr race and 50 mile race, and it seems it is taking me up to a week to get my body back on track. Maybe it is also just how I am going about it as. How long do you wait/rest until you can start putting in some hard training/riding again?
