When I lived in Iowa, I was racing 1 or 2 of the WEMS 12 hour solos ever month and a half. I never raced back to back....always seem like I had a solid 2 weeks in between to rest up. In general, I would give 2-4 weeks to recover. It varies from person to person....hence the 2-4 week span.desnaephoto said:
