After servicing my Recon 351 solo-air fork and using the correct amount and type of oil, putting everything back together as instructed, the fork now have a 2-3 mm initial movement that seems not to have damping ( When pushing down on fork). When I took it out for a test ride it also made this softish " klunk" when pulling back on the bar, lifting the front wheel. Any solutions as to how to get rid of it?

raise oil level slightly and verify that you have the correct sag. you may have to raise the air pressure to allow fork to top itself out when unloaded to prevent the clunk.
