Recommended rides and routes near Redlands (November)?

Coming down for some family time and hoping to get some rides in. Don’t mind climbing but more interested in blue-level technical (versus super gnarly).

initial research shows:

oakmont
Hulda crooks
Crafton hills
Alder creek
South hills preserve
Sycamore canyon

would love any recs or tips

min late November is the SART/alder creek type stuff heading up the mountains good to ride or already snowy/icy?

Thanks!

I don't think I have ridden any of those. If I have, it was probably on my gravel bike. I believe a friend of mine rides there fairly often (he lives pedaling distance) with his teenage son. Pretty sure all green level trails.

Hulda crooks
Very little "tech". Lots of flow trails. There are options for jumps and such you can take to make it more interesting if needed. I would recommend, and for all skill levels.

Reference:

Crafton hills
Crafton is all green/blue. Depending on your fitness level it may be a quick ride, or a full ride (I am an endurance type person).

Alder creek
I wasn't aware of this one. So nobody I know is riding there.

South hills preserve
This is Hulda

Sycamore canyon
Bit of everything. Though the trail network is very confusing without some local knowledge or a guide. It is where I call home and I can spend 5 hours out there (I did last Thursday) and not be bored.

I just rode a small bit of SART (Loch Leven and Post Office Loop) this weekend and it was stunningly beautiful. Unless the weather suddenly shifts, it will be fine.

Great advice from @Sidewalk....I've moved out of the area in the last year but definitely would recommend SART & Sycamore. You can definitely find some tech at Sycamore but SART is mostly forest(y) singletrack with a huge FUN factor. Have a family member drop you off at South Fork and you can ride all the way down to the Hanger 24 brewery in Redlands.

Big Bear could be an option. About an hour away from Redlands. The way its looking, the weather should be fine, low to mid 50's in the daytime.

Consider Exploration too in Running Springs right at the top of 330.

Thanks for all the tips! We rode Oakmont a few times, Crafton, and the highlight was SART via shuttle from the campground to Angelus Oaks!
