Recommendations on a light carbon crank?

Any recommendations on a light carbon crank, no I can't afford a clavicula. Hoping to make a crankset lower than the 770g of the XTR M970.

Thanks all

Race Face Next is ~40 grams lighter, but the bearing preload and shifting is quite poor, relative to XTR.
check theese guys out, road bike crank weight, and they licensed the design to Specialized

I don't like it when such companies do false comparisons...i just looked at their comparison chart and found the Zipp cranks numbers wrong: both price and weight are much lower than what they try you make believe. My Zipp's are the basic version with steel-bearings, not the lighter ceramic version.

BUT these cranks sound really good. The 94mm double spider sounds ok but the triple would allow for my 27/42 setup i prefer.

Lightening Cranks

Where can you get the Lightening Cranks? Are the cranks arms comparable to the RF Next SL's? Is the spindle a standard 24mm - can you sue an aftermarket BB - chris king, perhaps?

Nino, did you get my PM?

Thanks,

Stephen
