I'm having a hard time finding a 26' rim that is only around 28mm wide and at least 24 deep for a 2.4 tubeless set up. Want recommendation for a wheel shop or brand. Disk or rim break doesn't matter.
I want to run them low pressure. The depth isn't the biggest deal. The width is the most important. Why does the depth matter?
Chainreaction Cycles has some in 27mm width, 28H for $27.
Looked at those. I would probably need at least 32h. Otherwise, I was looking at those but feel a bit worried about the cheap price. Are they able to take a pounding?
Sorry, I don't have firsthand experience on those rims yet. I did have a 26" rear wheel built up with some Spank Spoon 32 rims for my son's DJ and that rim has held up pretty well to some hard cases.Looked at those. I would probably need at least 32h. Trying to find something with an external width of 28 to 24. Otherwise, the Spanks look perfect.Sorry, I don't have firsthand experience on those rims yet. I did have a 26" rear wheel built up with some Spank Spoon 32 rims for my son's DJ and that rim has held up pretty well to some hard cases.

Spank Spoon 32 Rim
Spank's Spoon 32 rims are gravity rims done right! If your rides encompass big hits and fast descents then a pair of Spoon 32 rims might be just what you need to tackle your favored terrain. -...www.rocknroadcyclery.net
