I always feel like I'm holding onto a pencil in each hand when I'm riding.
Does anyone make grips with a larger outside diameter than usual?
Thanks!

The ESI "Extra Chunky" are 34mmUpdate time. I've purchased and measured a few different grips since I started this thread. And thanks again for all the recommendations.
Ergon GP-1s, measured on the small axis, are 33mm on the inside, 35mm middle, 31mm at the outside.
Sunline Big S: 33mm
ODI Rogue: 33mm
Race Face Strafe: 33mm
Lizard Skins North Shore: 33mm
Yes, really. All were measured repeatedly, with calipers.
There is no measurable difference between those grips.
So far the Ergons are my favorite. I don't have a strong opinion about the extension thing under my palm, but my fingers are most comfortable with those grips. I need to do some more a/b testing to really make up my mind though.
The Brooks grips, at $90, were too expensive to buy just to test, and I have never seen them locally. They do look pretty fat though, so it's kinda tempting.![]()
