Have you ever received any e-mail from them?

Have you ever had anyone from Klein respond to a question ?

I have yet to get one reply,that includes the so-called club.

=> Registered a couple of weeks after purchasing an 03 Attitude Comp

Have you ever received any e-mail from them?
=> Nope - didn't get anything back after registering

Have you ever had anyone from Klein respond to a question ?
=> Yup - I now email this address directly - [email protected] normally chat to Eric Maves, who's pretty helpful and normally gets back within a day. I think he handles technical questions for all trek owned brands.
