Anybody has an idea what does the rebound assembly of your marzoochi looks like, specially for the 2004 model??? How do you take it out from the lowers...Thanks

It's an enclosed cartridge assembly, attached to the lowers w/ bolt underneath, & screwed into the bottom of the top crown cap. It can be removed from fork easily, but kinda tricky removing it from the top cap w/out marzocchi's specific tool.
This is how my marathon sl is setup. Have no idea which fork you have, I'm assuming most are similar.

Thanks a lot Kneecap...
You are right how to removed the top cap. Actually I already fixed my fork. The reason I ask was due tho the clunking problem that was caused by the unscrewed rebound shaft from the damper assembly.

Now, I already fixed it and my fork is now back to normal. However, I don't think you need a special tool. I just used a 10mm open wrench for the red nut and a 21mm socket wrench for the top cap and that's it.

Anyway, that's a lot for your suggestions.
