Hey sorry for an extra thread. I tried searching but guess I didn't get the right terms. I have a 2009 Orbea Alma 29er with a 100 mm Reba RL. I'm wanting to knock it down to 80mm but can't find how to take it apart to put the spacers in. Any links to instructions/vids on how to do this? Do I need any oil or do I just take it apart and put it back together? Thanks!

You'll need some oil for the lowers and airspring side. Its simple to do if you are mechanically inclined.
