I changed the oil in my Reba RLT Ti yesterday.

I removed the Blackbox dampener....

Just curious if someone can tell me what the triangular shaped knob/plate is on the bottom of the dampener unit is. It was tough to turn by hand, but would cover or expose 3 small holes. Would this be the rebound adjustment?
