Reassembly of Marz Z1 FR3

I've been checking the oil level of my new FR3 which has a very harsh top out - just want to make sure I have re-assembled in the correct order.

The springs have a flat plastic washer attached to one end - should the spring go with that up or down? Also there are plastic spacers, which I think go on top of the springs? Just checking that I've put it back together correctly......

THe oil level is as recommended by Marz tech support but the top out is still very noisy.....

washer points down, spacer thing on top.

hows the rebound? is it abnormally fast?

the rebound feels ok (but I don't have a great frame of reference to compare it to) - the main thing is the nasty top out noise whenever I hit a bump and the fork extends again, or when I pull up sharply on the bars
