I was installing new amclass MTB tubeless wheels on my A9RDO - i fitted the rear wheel with tires inflated, but without the X01 cogs first - everything fit nicely, the tire was centered, equal tire clearance on both stays. When i then installed the cogs and tried fitting the wheel back in, i noticed there was a difference in tire clearance, and the wheel was veering more to the right. It might not be obvious in the pic, but the difference is noticeable.

Would be installing the cogs cause the misalignment, that I could have overtightened it that the QR spacers are not centered anymore? Does that make any sense?

Thanks in advance!

Installing the cassette has nothing to do with whether or not the wheel is centered.

Take the wheel out, re-install. Make sure everything is fully seated.
