Rear wheel replacement, not having much luck finding one

My friend damaged his rear wheel beyond repair. He is looking for something:

-Tubeless
-32+ spoke, durable
-$175 max
-10 x 135mm (standard QR)

We are having no luck finding anything online or locally! Anything out online we might have missed?
