Good link. Thank you.
nice link to JC's how to - good stuff! hopetech also has a video on how to take apart your "hoob" :)D) http://www.hopegb.com/page_mep_force_37.html. i just paid my lbs to do the work and it was reasonable, although if I had seen JC's post i may have tacked it myself.
I went for the bolt-up conversion not a bolt thru conversion, you may want to measure you drop outs.

But it was well worth doing.
I recently overhauled my Pro 2 hub cause the axle broke. I had knocked out the bearings in the hub and they seemed fine but after re installing things were crunchy. I pressed in new bearings and things were good, you might want to buy the bearing tool cause the non drive side bearing requires a very specific dia. tool to get it in right. I luckily had a King bearing tool that fit just right.
I've done the conversion based on the Hope video but I used a rubber mallet, fender washers a section of 1 1/8th steerer and a tire lever. The hardest part was pressing in the main freehub side seal (if you don't seat it correctly, the hub will drag quite a bit). The conversion took all of 5 minutes.
