Hey all - I ride a 2018 Fuel EX5+, in XXL, and am getting a lot of shock fade/harshness on my OEM shock. Fork/Wheels/Drivetrain/brakes have been upgrades substantially already, if that matters.
Anyways, I'm searching for a good upgrade for the following shock: RockShox Deluxe RL, 210mm x 52.5mm. I'd love a piggyback reservoir and remote lockout. I ride in mountainous Northeast. What would you recommend?
Any shock I get will be pulled off this frame when I move on. I've kept all OEM take offs to build this bike back to stock and have bought top grade parts to hold up under my size. I'm 6'8", 290 lbs and ride aggressively 3-5 hours a week.
