Looking to, at the very least, upgrade the spring on my RockShox Deluxe or more preferrably replace it with something (anything) better. Seems it's reached the end of it's adjustability due to my weight (235-ish). Anyone know where I can find shock measurements or whatever I need to replace it? I would assume that the rear shocks aren't one size fits most. I'm just having trouble finding the exact specs.

you need to measure the eye to eye length (top mounting bolt to bottom mounting bolt) and you need to measure the stroke of the shock .. then you can shop for a replacement

Ah, got it. Thanks. FWIW, I had posted here not thinking "shock-specific" but "bike-specific". Much easier the "right" way.

6.5" x 1.5" stroke like the other XC-x04 models I assume?

7.5"x2", actually. It's odd that the 304/504 is the only single-pivot (think Santa Cruz) in the XC~x04 line. Though they've also been dropped. lol
