Hello! The Shock on my 2004 SPIRFIRE 33 is showing signs of oil leakage and I am guessing that the seal has worn out. My LBS said they couldn't help me because they only deal with FOX and send all their suspension stuff out for repair. Anyway's Oryx has equipped the SPITFIRE Model I have with an X-FUSION Glyder rear shock. I am almost sure if I want to replace the seal I would have to send out, but not positive. Before I look into getting it repaired I want to look at some other options.

Does anyone know what other Rear Shocks I could install into my bike? I was thinking like a Fox or something?

Okay, i just bought a second hand SF 99 and I have a Fox Vanilla R which seems damn awsome to me. It depens on what kind of riding you will be doing.

I bet the FOX would be killer on the SPITFIRE. I know that's exaclty what I was hunting for - for a replacement unit on my bike before it was stolen. The 2004 SPITFIRE came stock with a Fusion which was excellent. Fusion offers some good product but Fox is definetely better!
