Ok does anyone have a suggestion for a rear shock for my MK3? I want to replace the 5th element.I bought a DHX Air and as someone told me here IT WONT FIT. So just wondering if anyone has replace theirs yet and have a suggestion.

No easy answer because your weight, ride type, and preferences would all be factors. If you posted more info you might get a few recomendations!

But if you do a search (IH forum) you will find a number of threads on MK replacement shocks.

Cane Creek Cloud 9 or AD-12. They will give you a $100 credit for your old shock.
Marzocchi Roco Air $150-180. Can't go wrong.
Fox float R pushed.

As an example: I've seen a number of complaints (from larger riders) on the Float in the shock forum.

Point being do the research then make your decision.

I ride mostly XC with some small drops. I weigh 230lbs.I would like a coil because of the fell, I haven't had much luck getting an air shock set.

I assume you mean i to i length. It is 7.5 with a 2 inch stroke.
If you look close you can see RC power!
