My crystal ball says a whole new wheel is in your future.
That looks like a Shimano wheel...am I correct?

If so it looks like you took apart the FH Body (they really don't use "freewheels" anymore) which is completely replaceable. Remove the axle and use a 10mm hex to remove what is left of the FH Body. Then get a new one and install the whole thing.
it is shimano wheel. could yo be more specific on the hub?suggest which one to get please. thanks

You are the one with the wheel. The model number should be stamped on the hub shell. Use that to find the FH body you need.
What Shiggy said...then go to Shimano Techdocs to find the FH Body part number needed.
ok so i have wh 765 stamped on rear hub. based on that and the link provided i found out that i need following: Y-3C0 98010 COMPLETE FREEWHEEL BODY W/RIGHT HAND DUST CAP.

Look at the Mfg# - some are close to the # you gave especially the "98010" part.
i think i found what i need. it looks same to the freehub you linked to. it even says it is for xt 765 wheels.
