Does anyone know what adapter I need to get a Hayes 74mm caliper with 6" rotor onto my 99 Fisher Joshua frame with a 22mm chainstay mount? Also where can I find one?

This is the only one I know of being made anymore - Shimano used to make one - looked very similar but said Shimano on the side. The biggest worry is that the caliper once mounted to this adapter will hit the seat stay on this side.... I used one of these on a Homegrown hardtail (everyones said it would not fit but it did).
