really confused about 2011 heckler paint

planning having a new sc heckler,but when I reserched on internet,I found there seems to be two black color model,black with red logo & black with white logo,both of their owner claims it's the new 2011 heckler.

i believe the red is the powdercoated model and the silver one is anodized .the ano models arent stickers its like etched into the finish.
