It seems like every other ride I re-open my elbow and hurt my wrist on a spill to where it's almost impossible to brake or shift. The scab on my right elbow has been reopened three times this week alone. Very glad that these injuries are minor rather than a knee problem, or reopening the scar on the top of my head.

Anybody else have spots that are always taking punishment?

put some neosporin on your wound....it won't dry up and that means it won't split.

I wouldnt really call it an 'injury' but I always get damn ingrown toenails. I would rather have anything else hurt but that throbbing pain of a deep ingrown toenail is the worst. I either cut them out ( I have even went to the doc. a few times ) and they just come back.
I hate them. Its hard to ride w/ 'em, esp. walking!
