My X9's do it too. I used a couple pieces of clear 3M tape cut into small strips applied over the seams(front&back). Slicone glue would work as well. Ride On.
Yep, both of my mtbs have X0s and both buzz when I'm riding on the road at a certain speed. The resonant vibration frequency matches up perfectly with the vibration frequency caused by my knobby tires on the road.
