Rase Seatpost cable

Hope this is the right spot, google fail for the answer.

I want to change out the cable on a rase seatpost, anyone done so?

I have ot changed it, but shortened it... If I recall correctly it is simply shifter cable and housing. It was EZ as I remember.

Still enjoying my RASE seatpost...

Actually taking it apart wasn't bad. The cable is unique it appears and I have contacted them about buying a new one. It will suck to ride w/o it but it needed to be longer.

Maybe I'll document putting back together if they get back to me

Hi, old thread, I know. But did you succeed? What kind of cable is it? I need a longer one as well. I wonder if its an accelerator cable or custom made for the old Rase.
