Race Question

This might be a really dumb question but i have never entered a race nor have i been a spectator. My question is... Are you allowed if needed to walk your bike down a tricky section during a race? How does that work?

yup. you can walk whatever you want. just get off your bike and walk it. just watch out for other people that might want to pass you.

Fur sure. As a matter of fact most responsible people would recommend it, myself included. However as dhracer1067stated, watch out for fellow riders when doing so. Racing should be a fun experience, so do what makes you comfortable and allows you to have the most fun. ;)

PS - Good luck, should you decide to race. :)
Beg/Sport courses

You can walk anything. Try getting there with enough time to do 2-6 runs, depending on your memory. If you ride regularly there will be nothing to bad. If your going to Tahoe bring all your body armor. If you need during practice let people go by you and try and follow from the top, some people will look at others riding different sections to get ideas. It should be fun!
