I've got Reign X1 '09, if I install Chain Retention System (like E13 LG1) will it pedal harder?

A very slight increase , you may not even feel the difference .

Any dual ring guides actually work on the 09 reign x1? I have tried e13 and blackspire. Not having much luck...
