I'm about to build a new Endo...do you guys find you need to have the Knolly frames chased/faced, or am I cool to just have the headset pressed and move on?

I installed both headsets and bottom brackets in the 2 that I built for us, without any special preparation, and had no problems.

Workmanship appears very high on the frames.

mine is the 2008 or 2007 (man, I forget now) and the bottom bracket at the time needed attention. I think a few at that time had the same. Apart from that the bike has been amazing. Nothing, nothing done to it since then. It has really been nothing short of exceptional.

I think it depends on ano vs paint. I have had to chase a couple paint frames but not one ano frame.
