Question- Costco LED Flashlights

I just noticed Costco has these 2 packs of 360 lumen flashlights on sale for 80 bucks a pair. Was wondering if these would be ez to modify, using 1 light no the handlebar and 1 on the helmet. I know I 'd have to seperate the light from the batteries, and fab up some mounts, but it seems like it might work (? new to led ?)
Any feedback from you guys would be appreciated!
