Salsa makes a great QR, and so does Hope. Any good LBS should stock both of these.

dude unless you weigh half a ton or something the salsa will hold you. i ride a salsa qr seatpost on my bullit and i adjust it all the time and i never had any problems . ( weigh 240 )

Get a Hope. They are less expensive and have a nicer movement than the Salsa.
