More oil does not stiffen up a fork. More oil just results in hydrolock. If you want more compression damping, you can replace the damper oil with something more viscuous. Rockshox ships it with RS 5wt (Torco RFF 7wt). Either that, or you need more air or a stiffer spring in the fork.
