I recently bought a second hand 2006 GT Avalanche 2.0, which came with RST Omega T6 shocks.

Its not at all obvious how to use this, does anybody know? I looked at photos of this bike new on the web and there seems to be a part missing however not sure how this is suppose to work in any case......
I've tried reaching out to RST via the Europe and Taiwan email addresses, and also sent an email to various distributors and have yet to recieve a response. No sign of any manual on the internet either. Shocking really.
