I'm aware of the Extralite ScaleHead and M2 Racer headsets, but what about other options? Maybe from FSA, Cane Creek, Ritchey, others?

The Ritchey WCS carbon press-fit headset is pretty light. It's what comes as stock spec on the Scale LTD this year. About 100g or thereabouts.

The FSA OrbitZR is a press-fit is actually very light (85g or something) and is made for mtb. FSA bearings are pretty good, too.
